OFF THE BONE, a humble, family-run storefront started as a hobby for owner Eddie Brown, Sr. He loved to barbecue for his family and has spent over 25 years perfecting the taste and wrapping his meat with just the right flavors to make your mouth water. The success of his business is based on the support and encouragement he receives from his family. He has a strong desire to bring hope and pride back to the community because, he says, “what I do with my business shines a light on the city.”
