The North Texas Super Bowl Host Committee has recently announced its “Emerging Business Program” for local minority and women owned business enterprises.

Participation requires completion of an on-line registration form located at www.northtexassuperbowl.com.  Prospective vendors must complete the online application and submit proof of certification as a minority or woman-owned business. Upon receipt of these materials, qualified business will be approved for listing in the official Super Bowl XLV Business Resource Guide that will be made available to Super Bowl purchasing entities.

While participating in the program does not guarantee receipt of Super Bowl XLV related contracts, it is hoped that these businesses receive information about this important program and an introduction to potential leads.

The last day to submit the registration form to participate is January 1, 2010.

Goods or services typically requested for the Super Bowl include but are not limited to audio/visual, balloons, barricades, carpenters, catering, decorations, gift items, event planning, florists, janitorial services, office supplies, painters, security, transportation, vans and waste removal.
