Job Qualification Questionnaire
The following questions will determine if you satisfy the basic requirements for the position of Police Officer for the City of Forest Hill. The questions should be answered truthfully to ensure your application can be processed for consideration for this position.
For the next 12 months, entrance examinations are no longer required. Please send your application to alocuste@foresthilltx.org.
The questionnaire will also need to be completed, and a copy of your driver's license must be uploaded.
