Municipal Court
In accordance with the Governors Emergency Orders and the OCA guidelines for court operations during the declared COVID 19 emergency all court hearings will be conducted remotely when possible. Anyone not having the ability to appear remotely may be allowed to appear in person after contacting the court and verifying their inability to appear remotely.
Below, you will find Court documents which will allow you to address your violations with the Forest Hill Municipal Court. Please download the appropriate form, complete all sections of the document, and email the document back to the Municipal Court at: court@foresthilltx.org. Please be sure that you:
- Have completed ALL sections of the form (to include the plea),
- Have signed and dated the document you are submitting.
- Provide a copy of your driver’s license or picture ID, and
- Provide updated contact information (address and phone numbers).

The friendly staff at the Forest Hill Municipal Court can assist you with paying traffic tickets, fines and coordinating court dates. They can be reached at 817-568-3046. The Municipal Court Office is located in the City Hall building at 3219 California Parkway.

Dockets
Various Court Docket sessions (for appearing before the Judge or City Prosecutor) are scheduled on specified dates. Upcoming Court Dockets will be available for viewing as a PDF file per Texas HB 1801. To get a court date, you must make the request in person at City Hall. Remote Appearance:
To appear remotely the participant must have access to a computer or smart phone with a camera, microphone and speaker. They must provide the court with both a phone number and email address where they can be contacted and receive a participation code. They will be provided a time that they will be required to join the meeting after which they will be called in the order of appearance. Failure to appear for your scheduled hearing time without adequate reason my constitute Failure to Appear and a warrant may be issued as a result. All participants are required to wear court appropriate clothing and be in a location where they will be able to hear and be heard during the hearing.
