C&D Landfill:

City of Forest Hill residents are allowed one (1) free dump per year at the C&D Landfill.  You are limited to a full bed of a pick-up or a full single axle trailer.  You will need to show your City of Forest Hill water bill with a matching Forest Hill address for your yearly free dump.  There are charges for additional dumping.  Per landfill regulations, you must have a hard hat and safety vest when dumping at the landfill.  If you do not have one, they sell them for a nominal fee at their office.
