Community & Economic Development

For developers, real estate brokers and retailers, the City of Forest Hill offers plentiful land at the hub of four major North Texas growth regions: Arlington, Mansfield, Fort Worth and Kennedale.  Additionally, the city offers limitless access to commuters along the primary route from the southwest Metroplex to the Mid-Cities, Fort Worth and Dallas. With thousands of employees working at the various businesses surrounding the city, students attending classes at the Tarrant County College South Campus, and those with appointments at the Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic, Forest Hill is a prime regional location for retail and restaurant development.

For more information about business development opportunities, call our Economic Development office at 817-568-3009.

Incentives

The City of Forest Hill understands that infrastructure costs as well as other construction costs can prevent business expansion or new development from occurring. The City of Forest Hill is willing to examine financial incentives on a case-by-case basis.

For more information regarding city incentives, call the Economic Development Department at 817-568-3009.
