It has come to the attention of the Forest Hill Water Department that scammers are targeting our customers.

A company by the name of Quality Water Testing USA, Inc. has been contacting residents with a postcard reading, "WATER UPDATE/SORRY WE MISSED YOU"

Please see below for an example of the postcard being left with customers.

This company is NOT affiliated with the City of Forest Hill.

Please note that the Forest Hill Public Works Department conducts routine, rigorous monthly water testing, and the City of Forest Hill's water meets or exceeds all Texas EPA water quality regulations.
