Jesus H. Rivas has 20-plus years of experience as a minister/missionary in Mexico and Texas.

As a missionary, he has never received payment and has always been a volunteer.

For the past 17 years, he has lived in Forest Hill with his wife of 20 years and their 9-year-old son.

Jesus Rivas as a missionary, oversaw managing events to attract members to the congregation and educate them in different subjects such as art, science, philosophy, and religion; he acquired experience in communicating, listening, and providing practical solutions to the community. His interest in helping humanity also includes our city of Forest Hill.

As a councilman, I will do the impossible to take our city on a diverse path of progress so that the residents in Forest Hill have an adequate quality of life.
