Various Court Docket sessions (for appearing before the Judge or City Prosecutor) are scheduled on specified dates. Upcoming Court Dockets will be available for viewing as a PDF file per Texas HB 1801. To get a court date, you must make the request in person at City Hall. Remote Appearance:
To appear remotely the participant must have access to a computer or smart phone with a camera, microphone and speaker. They must provide the court with both a phone number and email address where they can be contacted and receive a participation code. They will be provided a time that they will be required to join the meeting after which they will be called in the order of appearance. Failure to appear for your scheduled hearing time without adequate reason my constitute Failure to Appear and a warrant may be issued as a result. All participants are required to wear court appropriate clothing and be in a location where they will be able to hear and be heard during the hearing.
